    My deadlift day was scheduled for Wed but I came down with a cold/flu. I would call it a cold but I've had a fever, which goes with flu. But it's not as bad as a full-blown flu (maybe the vaccine helped a little to make it milder). In any case I decided to do my regularly scheduled Saturday and just resume deadlifts next Wed.

    Fever lasted until Monday. Went to gym this am and picked up again in my split (with a missed day of deadlifts as earlier mentioned). Interestingly, I made what I had planned.
