Long time lurker first time posting.
As the title states, 6'6'', thats 1.98cm in new money, male. 93kgs/204lbs.
My gateway drug to lifting was crossfit in 2009. Before that running. Before that smoking and a sedentary lifestyle apart from work as a carpenter.
I realized in 2009, that I was weak when small girls were snatching more than me. Much tomfoolery has transpired between then and now such as changing programs, different goals and life. I have consistently returned to the barbell, although not effectively.

This is my log to track the consistency I seek.
Thanks to HawkPeter for putting me on the Righteous Path.

Went off to scratch an itch, didn't it work out for me so here I am.

    Last few sessions:

    Squat 60kgx5x3
    Bench 50kgx5x3
    Deadlift 70kgx5x3

    Squat 70x5x3
    Press 40kgx5x3
    Deadlift 80kgx5x3

    Squat 72kgx5x5
    Bench 52kgx5x3
    Deadlift 82kgx5x3

    Squat 74kgsx5x3
    Press41kgx5x3
    Power clean 45kgx3x3

My baseline is pretty active with a physical vocation, but this does vary week to week.

Started using a great little App Australian Calorie counter. Just how many calories I was actually consuming shocked me, I was guessing, and was way under. Way under.

    Squat 82kgx5x3
    Press 42kgx5x3
    Deadlift 84kgx5x3

    19/03/16
    Squat 83kgx5x3
    Bench 53x5x3
    Power clean 46x5x3

Worked nights between the last two training sessions, 5 hours & 6 hours sleep respectively. Around 3500 cals both days. Before that cals averaging 4800 for the previous 4 days. Squats felt appropriate for the food and recovery I had ie a real struggle
Using the SS App, used it for the last two sessions.
Managed to get the workset numbers completely wrong on the above sessions, made too big a jump. Will reset where I should be as I'm playing the long game. Two more night shifts next week then its back to normal food & rest.

How hard was your last workout? It seems you are adding a weight only 1kg for squat?

Yeah Rise, i got the numbers wrong. I was rushing and not paying attention. To be honest right now the hardest part (which is a total first world non-problem) is eating more than I'm used to.
