Nice workout, weather is getting better too. I had built a Rev Hyper years ago myself. I now have a cheaper home use one. I use it before every work out .

I'm in Burlington, VT for an unscheduled visit. I'm basically house/pet sitting for a friend who's dealing with a medical issue. Don't know yet how long I'll be here, trying to make the best of it. Had a decent workout this morning, but had to adjust things as usual when I train in a commercial setting. unfortunately, I forgot my micro plates, which I use often, so I ordered a set from Amazon today which will be here Tuesday.

I did my complexes and grip work in my friend's garage this morning, I brought enough equipment so I can do it right here. Hit a new high on my hub grip with my old deep-dish plates, 39 lbs with each hand. I'm shooting for that 45 lb mark, maybe by the end of the year. I wish I'd had these plates when I was young, but better late than never. Later I'll work on my Captains of Crush grippers, just getting back into them. Everybody stay safe, I believe the chaos around the country is going to build in intensity, up to and beyond Nov. 3rd.
