I saw the chiropractor twice this past week, and I'm continuing to improve. Had another good workout this morning.

    Happy Easter Walt.

I'm glad to see that you are feeling better. It's good that are able to bench and squat again. I know you enjoy doing those.

I had my follow-up with PT today...they were pleased with my progress, and gave me a couple more exercises to work on for the next six weeks. Afterwards I went to workout with my friend at Crunch Fitness...I got her started there a week ago. My workout went pretty well, but I'm feeling a little tender now, from the new exercises the PT had me doing this morning.

I'm still having some pain in my SI joint and hip flexor area, which flares up occasionally, but I got a pretty good workout in today. We're in the path of totality for the eclipse tomorrow, so we'll be staying off the roads and enjoying it from home. I'm sure it's gonna be pretty chaotic in the surrounding towns, especially Burlington.

I'll be heading to my mom's in the next day or so, probably for at least a week. She's waiting for a senior apartment to open up, in the meantime she's got people interested in her house and property. We've gotta get storage set up for her and continue sorting through 50+ years of accumulated things. I worked out this morning, it was quick but effective.

Still in Vermont, mom's not quite ready to start packing things up yet. A good workout today, the new chiropractor has got me feeling much better recently.

Glad things are going well. At least the weather is warming up, it should make you pain ease up a bit

I worked out with my friend at Crunch Fitness again, and had a good one. My hip and SI joint are feeling the best they have in the last few years, hopefully it will continue to improve... just need to keep up with the PT work and occasional chiropractic.
