Today was a real test of my fortitude. My arthritic hip had been bothering me for the last three days, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to squat at all. I was putting a lidocaine patch on the hip before bed every night, but it was still pretty stiff and painful this morning. By the time I got through my warmup sets on the squat, it was feeling much better, and the work set went pretty smoothly.

My hip has been bothering me all week, but had eased up enough to get the main work done today.

I had a great workout this morning, surprisingly enough. I was hoping to see the chiropractor this past Friday, but he was out of town for the week. Anyway, I hit everything I aimed for today, and I think I'm on track for some decent numbers the end of next month.

Looks great. The change in weather should help. I'm just hoping when it's gets below freezing my shoulder doesn't act up like last February.

Great lifting as usual Fifty. How do you like using the slingshot?

Today's workout was brief but effective...I was especially happy with my OHP and DL, though that DL did me in for the chin-ups that followed.

Excellent workout today, I pushed everything hard and made all my reps. The only problem I had was a little shoulder pain during my DB pullovers...in the joint and into my left trap.

I spent most of the past week at my mom's, rearranging her storage unit and moving the last few things (hopefully). Just got back last night and worked out this morning in my storage unit. My hip gave me some trouble last week while moving everything for my mom. I saw my old chiropractor twice, and the hip felt much better after the second visit. Today's workout was better than I expected, and I improved on almost everything.

Great workout! What does the asterisk denote? I use it to mark a PR.
