Yeah Jerry, I have to remember that there's no real need for me to rush anywhere, anymore. As for the workout in NC, my progress has been so steady for the last couple months, I'm a little anxious to keep it going for as long as it will last! And, I had another great workout today to keep me fired up.

CGBP (no touch): 120 x 8, 145 x 6, 173 x 6
Pinch grip: made my first-ever attempt with two 35 lb. Oly. plates. They just cleared the floor, but I couldn't hold them. Still very happy with the attempt! Then I did two, 6-sec. holds with my grip block loaded to 57 1/2 lbs.
Rev. curl: 65 x 6, 90 x 6* PR
I'm still surprised by the steady progress I'm making at my age, and with a "touchy" back, but I have been eating better for awhile and am in a better place mentally than I was a few months ago. If this continues, I'm expecting some very good lifts (for me) by the end of the year!
