I screwed up during my workout today. I'd planned on using 187 for my last work set on BP for 5 reps, and surprisingly mis-loaded the bar, first time in years that's happened. I had it five pounds light on one side, felt it when I unracked it, but did the set anyway. So I upped my back off sets five pounds to make up for it. Other than that, everything else went well. Next week I'm going to try some heavy singles to see where I stand, then figure some goals to shoot for by the end of the year.
