Today was a tough workout, due mainly I think, to all the Holiday food over the last few days. I actually had to let my squat belt out a notch. I did well to make everything I'd planned on.

I'm in Burlington, VT for awhile, and I ran into a major snag with my training this weekend. The local .gov has seen fit to tighten restrictions once again, and proof of vaccination is now required to get into the YMCA, where I was training for the last few weeks. So, I've returned to a gym I was using previously, sort of a combination crossfit/powerlifting gym, just outside Burlington. I signed up for a month to start, hopefully they won't follow suit with the city.

Sorry to hear that Fifty. I really don't know what to belive about what's going on with this virus. This proof thing is not something I ever thought would happen., A bout 4 miles west of me is NYC where you can't go into a restaurant without your passport. I've been at my parent's for the past couple days, came down to drop off Christmas presents and check up on them, and worked out in the garage this morning. I had a great workout, weather's good today, and I do like my home gym. Winter's a drag here, but can't beat a home gym. I also put on a couple pounds (my Mom's cooking)
