That's great workout. If it was hard for you that's all that matters.

I had a pretty good workout today, and I think I may try a few cycles of Andy Baker's 852 rotation on a few of my exercises.

I'm back home for just a couple days, and I had to see my chiropractor yesterday. My low back and SI joint had flared up over the weekend, but my chiropractor did a great job and I was good to go this morning.

I'm back in Vermont again, and had a really good workout today, despite the fact my hip and SI joint are still kinda touch and go. I'm planning to start a 16-week squat routine from Ricky Craig's book, that I used MANY years ago to pretty good advantage. I'll be starting it on Christmas day, hopefully right up till my meet on April 15.

Some sad news today...I was called home from Vermont suddenly yesterday. One of my aunt's, just a year older than me, passed away unexpectedly during the night. My mom is helping her brother make the final arrangements, and I will see my uncle and his boys as soon as I can. We're supposed to get some significant snow starting later today, so don't yet know their plans. Will pick up with my log when I can.
