    The chiropractor I saw on Friday did a good job adjusting me, and I had a pretty good workout this morning.

    I got a new cambered bench press bar over a week ago, and have used it twice now. I'm hoping it will give me a little more power through my sticking point. I'm starting out light, till I get used to the extra ROM, here's the latest workout;

    Someone at the gym I go to here in Vermont, brought in their Rogue Axle bar, so I used that for my CGBP today. Also, I did regular deadlifts for the first time in two months, just to see where I am. I'm considering competing maybe once this year, possibly in September.

    Glad to see your still posting. I sure understand how you feel about NY. The governor is a waste, so is the AG. I'm stuck here for many reasons. But its getting bad.

    I feel for you Jerry, and totally agree about the governor and AG. I can't say much about your mayor either, though his comments on the recent subway incident redeemed him (slightly) in my eyes. My kids and grandkids are all in central NY, but they all have busy lives now, and I was really getting tired of the direction the State is heading in. I'm only six hours from my family, so I am within reach of them.

    I've been at my parents the last few days, and worked out here in the garage gym this morning. I actually got stuck and pinned under my last set of fat bar CGBP. Took a minute or two to work my way out from under the bar, mainly due to my arthritic hip. Other than that, it was a pretty good workout.
