    After last Thursday's workout, my hip and low back flared up pretty bad, so I saw a chiropractor in St Albans on Friday. He's old-school and very good, and straightened me right out for today's workout.

    I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend. I'm presently at my oldest Aunt's and Uncle's in Chesapeake VA, after spending a couple days at a sister's in NC. I found a good gym close by this morning, Iron Asylum in Kempsville VA, and had a good workout.

    I'm back at my mom's, after our trip South visiting the relatives. It's gonna be hot here today, at least 90, so I got my workout done early (most of it). I cut it short when the temp in the garage broke 80, but I was able to finish my deadlifts.

    I'm back in Vermont, first workout back this morning. I made a mistake a few days ago, experimenting with a training tip for arms, and ended up with a minor triceps and elbow strain. It affected my BP today, but everything else went fine.
