    BW - 191.8

    Sqt:
    325 x 5@7*
    345 x 5@7.5
    355 x 5@8, x5@8.5

    B:
    245 x 5@7
    260 x 5@9, x5@9.5
    255 x 5@7.5

    Pr (no belt):
    135 x4@9, x4@9, x4@8.5

Whole session was very rapid fire; definite conditioning aspect. Squats felt good, though. No pain, so I think I have worked out stance. A little greedy on bench, but nothing to worry about. I was definitely pretty fatigued for the press afterwards.

What kind of squat stance ended up working out for you? Glad you found a solution!

I take a medium stance with my toes pointed out at the angle I thought was correct then rotate them in just a bit. I also have been doing a warmup more like what Jordan Frigginstrong recommends.

    BW - 194

    SGDL: 315 x 6@6.5, 345 x 6@7.5 x 3

    Press: 155 x 5@7, 165 x 5@8 x 3

    Anterior Squat: 215 x 6@8 x 2, x6@6

    CGBP: 225 x 6@7.5, 235 x 6@9 x 3

Notes: Lifted on Sunday. Travel tonight (alone on a plane with a sub-2 year old!) for (final) class this week.

Did the deadlift variant rather than being pigheaded a risking form breakdown. Had a weird bug that made me feel awful, but after 2-3 sets of muddy water rockets on the toilet, I felt better.

Front squats got way easier on the last set. I think I just suck at the movement, but muh legs're strawng enough to do more.

Press was also easier than expected, but I was worn out on the bench.

Also, I don't know what 190.190.4 body weight is, but I feel like it must be above my pay grade.

Travel is some bs. Good to see you staying strong during your cut.

Ha, fixed. Thanks. My phone sometimes lags when typing and repeats letters for some unknown reason. Seems to be part of the autocorrect demon.

Travel definitely makes training harder. "Strong" is a very generous term, but I'm not really trying to lose weight anymore. I'm pretty stable around 190 +/- 5 lbs. I'm competing in November in the 90 kg weight class so I can even gain a little weight if I'm feeling feisty. Mostly, I just want to get back into PR territory and get over 1300 at the meet.
