Great way to lose weight is to get the flu. It kicked in Tuesday at night at the gym and I am just now starting to feel near 100%.
Belly Button to belly button measurement this morning was 32.5 inches. This is extremely close to the end goal as far as fat loss is concerned.

Unfortunately the flu kicked my ass more than I thought it did and taking last week off while traveling wasn't the best move either but I did enjoy the touristy stuff while I was in California....

For some reason I weighed in at 181 lbs with 16% bf yesterday.

Some class was going on and using the rowers next to me with one of the trainers....they didn't know what to think.
Tuesday, they have some trainers being trained going on and they were learning the squat....some 120lbs kid (on a good day soaking wet) was bending his knees without bending his hips at all....No thanks
