Yeah that ju jitsu class is kicking my ass. The whole class is basically on the ground and you are using mostly your upper body. So I am thinking that is the culprit here.
I fasted the last three days almost perfectly. I thought today was going to be blown when I woke up late but I was able to pull it off by going to Chipotle and the grocery store at lunch.
Also, I weighed in at 182 or 181 this morning. It was hard to read the scale.

No, I haven't forgotten about this. Last week I was traveling and it went like shit. I could only lift Monday and Friday.
So it went like this
Monday
Squat 280 x 5,5,5,5,5
OHP 135 x 5,5,5,5,5
Friday
Squat 320 x 4 but that fourth felt ugly
OHP 150 x 4
Diet was absolute shit. I was not feeling good at all Friday and I was stressed from traveling and working and blah blah blah.
My coworker from New York though I learned was 57 had type 2 diabetes and a resting heart rate of 100 bpm and believed that all he needed was time on the elliptical. I spassed out and he was probably put off by my reaction. You could tell he was extremely ignorant. I really feel sorry for him.
