    I was just looking at a few videos and this looks a lot stronger then where I am currently:



    I was probably 20lbs heavier here. When I'm done jumping off one foot for a while I think I will bulk some more. Or maybe I won't wait that long but I feel way faster right now too. I'm not taking contact very well at 6'2" 165. This little guy bumped me (he charged) at like the elbow and I bounced to the other side of the baseline.

    EDIT: This was a month and a half ago at 170 or maybe a little higher I can't rememver.



    IDK. I'm going to use this weight soon and try to get the same angle ad the firstt

    50kg power snatch not many
    94kg power cleans 5x3 at least
    185lbs Olympic pause superset w/ 1AP

    For at least for the first set I was pleased with the height I pulled the bar.

    Bloofed to 180 and back. Felt better as a result. Traveled for 2 weeks. Got sick last week. Here's some copy pasta from whatever I've written down recently into my .txt document:
