    Subtracting basketball volume
    Adding easy 3rd strength day

    CHP
    60kg for some doubles

    PFS
    135 for some sets

    So I'll be working on my weaknesses for a while with clean deadlifts, light/high clean pulls, back squats, front squats. No belt cus I'm building my own.
