Really happy with this actually. Maintained 100% of my Press strength and about 94% of my squat. I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to squat over 300. Got the Bench and Deadlift test later this week. Then ready to make some gains.

Very happy with this. Bench is just as strong as it was before. I don't like going absolutely all out on the deadlift due to my past back issues. I'm very happy with this. Going to start my DUP program next week. I'll post it later.

Here begins my chase for 3/4/5 with under a 34 inch waist. These are my goals for the next couple years. I'm going to run back to back 6 week DUP blocks then an intensity block after that to test new maxes. I'll be looking to gain about a pound a week for the next few months. Going to be around 3400-3500 calories. Should push my weight up near 220.
