Did a bunch of assistance between sets - band pull aparts, crunches. Added in curls, press downs, and shrugs.
Re-read parts of PPST last night, saw a few things I didn't notice the first time, particularly dropping the loading much early than I did on my original LP. Am thinking I may drop my squat progression to five pounds once I hit body weight, will probably drop OHP to 2.5 next week as well. I would like to get 12 weeks out of this LP and dropping the progression now will help me maintain momentum I think.
Weight is steady at 192, up a total of two pounds in two weeks, but steady this week.

Happy to get back to squatting body weight for reps, looking forward to doing the same with 2 plate but am considering lowering the increments to 5 pound jumps. We'll see.
