Went to kickboxing last night, haven't been for a couple of weeks due to sore knee. Trained pretty hard, no problems.

Will increase poundage on Monday.
Gym bit ...
Chins
5kg on belt: 6, 6, 6.
Not as good as last Chins session, but probably just a bit tired.
Squats
90kg x 3 x 5
Heels on a plank, focussed on form. Pretty happy with this as a reset for my squats.
Deadlift
125kg x 5
Still seem to be able to increase deadlifts couple of times a week.
Bench
62.5kg x 5 x 5
Still doing 5x5 to keep volume up, no spotting candidates in gym today really ...
Farmer's Walks
25kg dumbbells 5 x walking until forearms yelled at me.
Happy with this session, despite the ego-crushing squat deload.
Weigh-in 24/9/16
12st 9lbs today (after cups of tea & porridge).
Pleased with this as it's a three pound increase in two weeks. I feel like that's fairly sensible.
