Honestly, what do you know of competitive powerfiting or advanced lifter training programs? You are wonderfully out of your depth.

"The current meta?" Do you play Hearthstone or something? Where are you getting that term from? (forget that you have no idea what the current "meta" is in powerlifting anyways, I'm just curious about your use of the word).

But how will this affect your half-ROM leg-press performance? You must program for all the tetas, I mean metas-variants, my son.

I have played a lot of Starcraft 2 and a decent amount of League of Legends lol. The current "meta" is a collection of strategies that are accepted as strong ways of playing the game.

Honestly, I don't know. I've never trained for that level of ability. But what I also know, neither have you.

    Just did:

5x8 quarter squats with 252 lbs
5x10 hip thrusts with 275 lbs
3x12 cable knee drives (hip flexor work) with 25 lbs
3x12 cable glute kick backs with 30 lbs
5x10 standing calf raises with 202 lbs

Sprinted earlier today as well btw.

    starting strength coach development program
Our flag team has organized a game against another team, whom we beat in the last tournament (without me), on Sunday. It's nothing serious and I plan to play as WR and CB to test myself out. My team captain Mike is looking forward to seeing how I'll perform and knows about my training.
