Problem = boulder problem. A sequence of moves to climb between two points near enough to the ground that no rope is required.

Sending a problem = completing the entire sequence of moves in a single attempt without falling.

In this case, the beginning of the problem involved pulling up onto a narrow ledge. I decided to see if I could instead get on the ledge with a running jump, and succeeded after a few tries.

Much better bar speed on all three sets.

    ---Week of 11.IX.2016---

My entire family got sick over the weekend, and I somehow managed to get it last and worst. Wife thinks I had the flu. Missed work on Monday; should have stayed home on Tuesday; feeling more like a human being again today. No lifting this week.

Thanks. Doing better this week, but still not 100%. Everyone else is fine, which helps.

    -Bench Press-
    45 x 5 x 2
    85 x 5
    105 x 3
    125 x 2
    145 x 5 x 3

These are still feeling pretty light, so I just repeated the last workset. Press and power clean will probably require a deload. I've been trying to eat my way through illnesses lately.
