I tried the totally free hand variant you suggested. I got a half rep, and obviously it's much harder that way. If your reading comprehension is a little weak tonight my statement was asking you to provide video of yourself doing the "2 handed things". Enjoy your evening.

No, you said this after I had already answered, then you made the video comment.

Okay. You can't back up your claim and I'm sorry that I've triggered you. I used to be that guy that made BS claims and never did anything to back them up. I'm not saying I don't believe you, but remember the golden rule: just because it's on the Internet doesn't mean it's true. I cannot do a full free hand OAC but I can do a set of 5 with the hand assist that I saw in Rocky. Maybe one day I will have the tremendous one arm chinning strength to impress an individual of your upstanding. If it's any consolation I was able to do some clap chin ups even though the rings made this task very challenging. I want to apologize for wasting your time with my mediocrity.

I'm not triggered. I cant do one either, no need to apologize. This should motivate you.

Do you chase chickens also? What is the transferability of the two-arm-chin-with-one-hand-on-wrist-thing to baseball? You know Rocky is a fiction piece, right?....and Sylvester Stallone (ie.the actor the portrays Rocky if you didn't know) is hardly any kind of athlete, let alone a boxer. Do you pattern your conditioning work after Roadrunner and Coyote cartoons as well?
