    Not impressive but the 1xBW Bench has finally been met. 175x1 at 166. I couldn't get a second rep. Also did 135x7 (probably could've gotten two more) and 155x2 (maybe had 2 more but this was hard).

    Sprinting and lifting upper body. I'm running faster than ever and upper body strength is still improving.

    Still doing deadlifts once a week. I'd bet that I'm around 400 for a single now.
