    Wednesday 25th
    Went for 2nd appointment with my CBT guy. When I got to the hospital I was told he'd retired on ill-health.
    If they'd phoned me, I could have done some lifting.
    I may be paranoid, but I couldn't help thinking that after meeting me he'd finally had enough crazy for one life-time.

    Thursday 26th
    40min barefoot run at lunch-time.

    Friday 27th
    Did some Yoga.

    Been quite a sh!t week for training and not great in other ways. Today has been better and I feel less stressed going into the weekend.
    Heading up to Leeds to see family on Saturday evening, which'll be good.

    Saturday 28th
    Heavy Bag session. Gave it a good pounding - cathartic.

    Sunday 29th
    Ran ~5 miles. In Leeds with my SO.

    I am looking forward to next week as I should be able to fit in more of my sessions.

    This was hard. Not likely to move up this week.

    Hoping to get down to the gym at lunchtime.

    Squats
    102.5kg: 5x5

    Bench
    67.5kg: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4.

    Today (31st Jan)
    Heavy Bag session.

    40min run. Checked my route out, was about 4.5 miles.

    Yoga in the morning. Ran 4.6 miles at lunch. Couldn't face kickboxing.

    Weight this morning (3rd Feb): 11st 9lbs.

    Wed: rest day.

    Been a relatively poor week for training.

    Squat: 100kg - 3 sets of 5.
    Dips: 10kg - 3 sets of 10.
    Bench: 65kg - 5, 5, 5, 5, 4.

    Weight today, 11st 7lbs.
    Definitely felt a bit weaker today. Partly because I haven't trained enough recently, partly that I have lost weight. Oh well.
