Heavy Bag session. Gave it a good pounding - cathartic.
Sunday 29th
Ran ~5 miles. In Leeds with my SO.
I am looking forward to next week as I should be able to fit in more of my sessions.
Wednesday 25th
Went for 2nd appointment with my CBT guy. When I got to the hospital I was told he'd retired on ill-health.
If they'd phoned me, I could have done some lifting.
I may be paranoid, but I couldn't help thinking that after meeting me he'd finally had enough crazy for one life-time.
Thursday 26th
40min barefoot run at lunch-time.
Friday 27th
Did some Yoga.
Been quite a sh!t week for training and not great in other ways. Today has been better and I feel less stressed going into the weekend.
Heading up to Leeds to see family on Saturday evening, which'll be good.

Definitely felt a bit weaker today. Partly because I haven't trained enough recently, partly that I have lost weight. Oh well.
