Hows it going? I hope your back is healing up.
So -- here's what's up now. I did my usual workout on Friday the 28th ( didn't log it here, but logged it in my notebook ), and then on Tuesday the 1st. After Tuesday's workout, my bad started to hurt. Not badly like before, but in a similar way, so I took the rest of last week off. Today I just went for a two mile walk at lunch. I can tell this is going to be a slow process filled with starts and stops.
