    Deadlift: 75 kg x 5, 95 kg x 3, 115 kg x 1

What should I say? Squats haven't stalled yet. Next Press workout will be at 56 kg and try to do 3 sets of 5. I was also rushed for time on Wednesday, and that may have contributed to the doubles on P. Clean when I was going for triples. I already took one reset on the bench; I'll do one more reset. Deadlift has been reset once already. I may be an intermediate deadlifter if plateauing on 1x5 makes me one. Also had some interesting chest pain just now as I was typing this. Prinzmetal's?

    Default still alive - training

Stopped training from December until about 2 months ago.

Changes to technique on lifts / notation:
"Press" is a strict press with only some moderate layback allowed, i.e. no bowing, no excessive layback, no stretch reflex
"Bench" is still a 2 sec paused bench unless noted

Have determined by repeated observation exactly where my novice/intermediate boundary is for all my lifts but the bench.

Currently on a cut while running a 3-day whole body intermediate program. This week is week 2 of said cut.

    First week looked like this:

    M - Squat 5x5, Bench TNG 5x5, DL 8x3 (3 sets of 8), DE Press 1.5 3x3 (3 to 5 sets of 3 in 5 min)
    W - Light Squat 2-3x5, Press 5x1, P. Clean 5x3, DE Bench TNG 5x3 (3 to 5 sets of 3 in 5 min),
F - Squat 5x1, Bench 3x2 (Was supposed to be 5; unavoidable externality), DL 2x3 (picked a weight, got a double, repeated twice)

Default The story that I'm making up

    starting strength coach development program
Is that Rip recently missed a golden opportunity to strike a blow against the economic actors that are wrecking the planet and killing people by his neglecting to share pertinent and timely information (thoroughly documented by independent researchers internationally and posted by me -- but censored by Rip) in the Alex Jones censored thread.

Posting here for posterity and since Rip can't be trusted it seems.

Context, this guy said bullshit, namely:

Now they perceive that they do more harm than good, so they push them out. Money talks, bullshit walks, as usual.

There is so much bumbling at all levels of both govt and corporations that you have to have a very generous heart and high opinion of human intelligence to believe in any globalist conspiracy. At worst you could say there are multiple parties with similar interests working independently.

Part of the problem with words like that are their effervescence: they can mean anything so how can you even derive a falsifiable hypothesis?

And with the few signals left on the internet are increasingly being drowned out by noise it's harder and harder to assume good faith when someone says something. Nonetheless if we wish to keep this medium which at best is the instant dissemination of truth from a single person to every person then we must be civil. Still more we must speak truth to bullshit.

BUT THEN AGAIN APPEALING TO SOCIAL MORES IS A STRATEGY OFTEN USED BY THE POWERFUL TO OPPRESS THE MARGINAL

You saw it here first, no thanks to Mark
