    Its not that hard when you weigh 250 and carbs are only 5% of your diet

    Cardio- On the treadmill- Evening

    4 mile run- 36:52

    .5 mile cool down walk@ 3.5 mph.


    Total: 45 mins, 4.5 miles, 865 cals


    Felt kind of crappy from teh weekend, monday blahs. Had to flush it out.

    Morning Cardio- 4:45 a.m.

    4 mile run- 36:41 - Pretty relaxed pace until the end. Built the entire run (all negative splits). Started around 6.2 mph, built to about 7.3.


    .25 mile - slow run- flush out
    .25 mile - walk- cool down


    Total Cals: 850


    I coach JV/Varsity girls swimming. We have an away meet tonight, so I won't be home until late. Wanted to get something in today

    Good thing you can do this because once you have a kid free time becomes much more scarce.

    I hear ya, life's gonna change a lot in about a month and a half.


    I'm not gonna lie, getting up this early isn't a "routine", but when I gotta do it to get some workouts in, I gotta do it. Definitely sleeping in tomorrow.

    I try to wake up early, but 6 am is like a psychologal barrier for me. Been waking up at 5:45 for the past two weeks and it was really hard. I don't know why, it's just hard. Tomorrow, I'm trying for 5 am

    Dips

    Curls
    75 x 12, 95 x 8, 95 x 7, 75 x 10

    Laterals
    30 x 8, 25 x 10, 25 x 10

    Hammer Curls
    50 x 7/7, 45 x 10/10

    Shoulder Press Machine
    3 sets, dunno the weight, don't care

    Today's workout was at the "fitness room" while I was coaching my team. I was doing sets alternating with yelling at the girls to get moving. There wasn't much in the fitness room, so I used what I had. I wasn't gonna be able to lift, so I was happy to get the Ghetto workout in.
