Good wo. Fronts were tough, I didn't realize it had been so long since I last did them. Used straps on the bb rows, little english on the last couple reps. 1 arm db laterals were new. I used loose form, like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXDN7sD3crQ I loved them. No more pussy 25 lb strict laterals, these felt way better.

First time doing trap bar dl. I like them. I'm assuming the bar weighs 45 lbs and I had 4 plates on. My quads are improving. Need to do more calf work though.
