    Slow and steady, it really is easy to do when I look/think about my "5 year plan/goals" instead of the "right now".

    starting strength coach development program
    Just finished up running Andy Baker GGW. I decreased the squat percentages by 10% off of my max, Bench and Deadlift used my previous max. I used the Press workouts for bench during the entire 12 weeks and didn't do any presses, so I got x2 bench workouts a week.

    My goal was to hit a 5% increase on all the lifts which I managed. I am going to run the exact same program again and see where I get.

    Back Squat -- 326lbs from 311lbs
    Bench Press -- 263lbs from 251lbs
    Deadlift -- 357lbs from 340lbs
