This past week was 30 weeks of some form of slow linear progression. Every 15 weeks I get in some heavy singles to give me and idea of what my "maxes" are close to. The front squats and strict press are VERY close to actual maxes. This is the 2nd time I have done this.
Back Squat -- 310lbs (previous 275lbs)
Bench Press -- 250lbs (previous 235lbs)
Deadlift -- 325lbs (previous 305lbs)
Clean -- 210lbs (previous 205lbs)
Front Squat -- 251lbs (previous 200lbs)
Press -- 166lbs (previous 165lbs)
