Today I tried to make training on a Saturday more like a Sunday, or at least a weekday off work. That is, instead of waking up early (ugh) to get there by 0800, when the doors open, to guarantee a free rack, I didn't get there until 11. I might have power-walked from the full parking lot, to race another member to the front door, but I did get a free rack, and got my training in with plenty of time to spare before the 2:00 PM closing time.
SQ: 230x4, 3. Back to a rep progression, that I wasn't expecting this soon.
BP: 172x5, 4 (didn't fail a fifth, just felt like it wasn't there).
