Medium SQ: 245x5, 225x5. I didn't do my usual overwarmup single because I am getting close to my 5RM and don't want to take away from that top workset. But I don't want to detrain, either. So, I walked out 275 after my worksets. We'll see how I do with 275 for singles across next workout.
Medium DL: 300x3x2
Pullups: BWx7
Pulldowns
Chins: BWx5. Will skip pulldowns next time and just do chins.

Gym 11:15
Heavy SQ: 275x1x2. Second single across was easier than the first. I only rested long enough between them to take off belt and wrist wraps, sit down, record set, take one sip of water, and belt up again.
P 2.0: 95x5. Belt, wrist wraps.
Heavy DL: 335x1 (5# gym PR). I was doubtful, because the weather changed down here and it was humid AF. Even though I didn't video, one of the designated PR verifiers at the gym was kind enough to sign off on it so I could change my entry on the PR board.
BP: 170x5. Kept elbows from flaring throughout warm ups, but less so during the workset.
Nice going. Weather is sure crazy here in LI ,last week it was 3° this week 60°.

BP: 170x5, 2x3. Did better at not flaring elbows.

Medium SQ: 250x5 (ties PR), 230x5, walkout 280. I know smartphones are ubiquitous in gyms, but ever get a vibe someone was taking video of you? Felt like I might be approached about the walkout, with someone asking, "Oh, unracked it but then changed your mind about squatting it, huh?" Of course, this would have come from some guy doing lateral raises, goblet squats, etc. I realize walkouts might be a more advanced powerlifting thing, but I just want to feel the next heavy day's workset weight on my back, without compromising my workset of five with an actual overwarmup single.
