Agreed. If it was easier to get to the gym on a weekday, I would definitely do some type of a 2 lift a day program. Right now, Day 1 is squat, bar rows; Day 2 is press, bench press, and chins (3 lifts); and Day 3 is squat, press, deadlift, bench press, and chins (5 lifts).
