Actually, I went with a beer (or 3). When I first transplanted to Atlanta from up north, another transplant noted that spring comes seemingly overnight, as if someone flicked a switch. So with temperatures in the low 80s, just gimme a Sam Adams Boston lager (done with my IPA phase). It would be a shame to put an ice cube in a glass of single malt just because it's hot outside.

Thanks. As far as me ever coaching anyone else: the more I learn, the more I know what I DON'T know. I think a coach here said that.

Thanks. Sleeping with the windows open, but now overnight lows are back to the 40s.

The gym was closed yesterday for a USSF meet (looked great on the youTube live stream). I had to prioritize what I wanted to do when it reopened today, and I chose SQ, P, and barbell rows.

Heavy SQ: 265x3 (a 265x4 PR was not there today as I had hoped)

    Heavy P 2.0: 105x1x5

Heavy DL: 330x1 (plenty of shakes)

Heavy BP: 188x3 (a repeat of last week's heavy triple since I missed medium BP this past weekend)
