It felt good to postpone Sunday's usual training to Monday, because I have the day off work (Labor Day). A young lady on the platform next to me struck up a conversation, because she was gushing about how nicely equipped the gym is. She said she was from Orlando, and they didn't have any similar gyms there. She said she was evacuating the hurricane, but only because her job compelled her to.

I had my pre-workout drink 30 minutes earlier than usual (90 minutes before arriving at the gym, instead of my usual 60). It had good results in terms of energy, as well as not still having carb burps as I warmed up. My drink consists of 10 oz. of cold coffee, 60g maltodextrin, BCAAs, tablespoon of whey, and beta-alanine.
