    Minor revelation: P 1.5 is good for me in that it forces me to hold the lockout at the top. I don't shrug enough at the top, due to being in a rush to complete all the reps before I gas out. But given the long kinetic chain, I have been cheating myself of the benefits of that by not holding the lockout.
