Although GA made world headlines when the governor allowed gyms to reopen yesterday (if they want), my gym will target 6/1. I respect their decision. That means more time than I expected training in my garage. But I can alter my programming to take advantage of the commute being a non-factor. May's heat and humidity might be challenging. But that post-workout beer sure does taste good. I wonder if I could mix BCAAs into it?

The Blue Angels and Thunderbirds were scheduled to fly over Atlanta metro the same time I was training in my garage. The closest their flight path came to my home was about 7 miles. I set 2 alarms on my phone for my planned ETA but did not hear the roar I was thinking I might. Got so distracted I forgot to eat Smarties between worksets.
