    Summary highlights:

SQ: productive tinkering with setup, speed of descent, 3x5.

    P: version 1.5, 3x5

BP: continued good fortune with a normal width grip, especially when I self-cue "chest up", 3x5.

DL: once a week, on days that I don't squat, 1x5.

Pronated lat pulldowns, pull-ups (1x5) and chins (whatever).

    Atlanta Barbell

BP: 45x5x2, 95x5, 140x1, 155x5x3. Surprisingly easy, given my historical difficulties with an asymmetry to my right. The A7 short continues to help me keep my scaps retracted, as well as a "chest up" self-cue. Maybe it's also the thoracic mobility I learned in PT, that I do after most training.

DL: 135x5, 185x3, 230x2, 275x1, 305x5. Surprisingly easy, given that 305 (or 310?) is my 5RM PR. I found loosening my belt one notch for my workset helps me breathe better, and not gas out.

I just have the one shirt right now and I have to wash it (and air dry) constantly to be ready for the next session.

Thank you, sir! By the way, I got a reprieve from driving into Atlanta for my appointment with Emory. They changed it from 11/23 (televisit) to brick-and-mortar visit, to 11/15 televisit. Wish you and yours had some easier way to Piedmont than driving in (and waiting in the parking lot).

SQ: 45x5, 100x5, 150x3, 200x1, 220x5x3. Got rattled during my warmup by a combination of low blood sugar and being easily offended, but some extra rest, Gatorade, and Smarties made the worksets better.

    DB Press: 22.5x5
    Press 1.5: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 70x1, 75x5x3

    Chins: BWx6
    Pullups: BWx1x5

Anytime that one can avoid the congested Atlanta interstates you are better off. We should not be going back except for outpatient or follow ups as needed before they let the brother in law start back seeing his doctor in Covington. I pray you both do well!
