I think with this next training block, I'm throwing in Pulls and Chins. I had fun with them the other day...and they might de-funk my shoulder at the same time.
I see you've been doing DB presses.
I was sitting on my bench with the incline all the way up, picked up a pair of 30lb dbs and only got 4 reps, sure surprised me how tough they felt.
Funny you mention that.
I saw one of the youngsters throwing around dumbbells presses alternate arm, and I thought: hmm, that looks interesting. Damned if it wasn't easier that way...with MORE WEIGHT?!?
I mean I'd like to think I'm getting stronger, but I've never been able to press 50's as a pair. Now I can actually get a couple of reps in using alternate arm pressing.
The same thing happens with DB curls, for me I can curl more when doing them alternately.
