    8/19/2017 - Squat, Bench, Deadlift - YouTube

    Squat - 230 3x5
    Bench - 270 3x5
    Deadlift - 315 3x5

    Squats are slowly coming along. Still trying my best to get the moment pattern back.

    Bench felt hard and my left pec feels strained more than it should. Probably time to start adding in a top set + back offs or don't bench heavy twice a week. I'm about back up to pre-surgery strength level here.

    I'm showing 2 sets of deadlifts because I'm trying to decide if I like my lifting shoes or wrestling shoes better. I'm more comfortable in my wrestling shoes.

    Squat - 240 3x5
    Press - 175 3x5
    Weighted Pullups - 30# 5, 5, 4

    Press 2.0 for the first time since the surgery. Felt awkward, but I just need to hone the technique in on it
