    What a terrible day. Was traveling back home so I didn't get to workout 11/13 so I pressed this day. Hurt my pec again on bench, and my quadriceps tendinitis was so bad I failed to get more than one rep on my work set! Threw deadlifts out the window too.

    Press- 205x4 (didn't attempt 5. Got greedy), 187.5x5,4. (first time missing volume reps)
    Bench - Starr rehab 45x25, 55x25, 65x15
    BB Row - 295x5x3

    Got greedy today and went for 205x5. The first 3 went pretty well and the 4th rep was a major grind. I wonder how different it would be if I didn't flare my elbows so bad. I also missed the 5th rep on my back off Sets today. I'll deload slightly, add another set to volume day, and switch to 3s on Intensity days.

    Hurt my pec again last Tuesday. So I'm going to actually follow the Starr rehab protocol to the letter. Hopefully that will get me back up and running. I wonder how my press would have gone if I could still bench!

    Squat - 390x5, 355x5x2 (didn't get video of these sets)

    Deadlift - 455x4, 410x5x2

    Been having a crazy schedule lately with traveling all the time. And last Tuesday my quadriceps tendinitis was so bad I missed this weight 3 separate times because it was so bad. Today the knees felt decent! This 390 went well I thought, same normal issues, major thoracic rounding on rep 5. Got into my heels a bit. But I'm happy with the hip drive and back angle.

    Deadlift was odd. I hit this a week and a half ago for 5. But u haven't been able to get a good deadlift session in since. The weight didn't feel terrible, form felt okay, but my hook slipped on the 5th rep! Ugh! I blame running out of the cottonwood tape.
