    Probably should not have done the presses today... But I ran out of time yesterday to deadlift and I know I need to work on my press anyway. They felt heavy. Probably because I hit a VERY heavy Bench yesterday.

    Nice to be hit 3 plates and get reacquainted with my old friend the power clean! Probably wasn't the best idea for a 15lb jump on squats or adding in cleans.... But hey when it feels good....

    Press - 167.5 3x5
    Pullups - 42.5# 5,4,3

    I Misloaded the bar here on bench. Meant to start at 300, but 305 moved well! Time to run out these 3's.

    Presses went okay. Just volume day. Still have a hard time finding the timing of my hips in the press 2.0

    Pullups are going to need a reset here soon but I'm persistent and I need a full plate before I submit to a reduction in load!

    Deadlift - 405 3x5
    Power Clean - 205 3x3

    Finally belted these squats and MAN did it feel good. I also set my back angle sooner here and the technique change feels like butter. Workout felt so good I went for power cleans again! A little soreness in the hip flexor afterwards but went away very quickly.

    Press 2.0 felt good. Definitely more in the tank. Back off Set to 162.5 was harder than it should have been. I was rushing through the lifts today so probably needed more rest.

    I'm Changing my split around so my longest workouts are on Tuesday and Saturday.

    Bench - 310x5, 285x5x2
    Press - 170 3x5
    Pullups - 45# 5,4,3

    All felt good. Left pec is a little bit tight but I did just press and bench on Saturday....

    Thanks, brother! It's been a slow and steady road but everything is progressing really well. And yeah, I'm pretty proud of my little spot here!
