Didn't feel quite ready to press 51kg, so went for a bit of volume.

Felt pretty pleased with myself.

Squat rack was busy, so didn't get as much done as I'd have liked.

Bit annoyed as I didn't do my hill intervals yesterday. Due to a misunderstanding about shirts ... don't ask.
