    Saturday: Conditioning

    Burpee Intervals
    6 rounds:
    3 x 30 secs burpees & 30 secs skipping.
    1 min rest.

    So much fun!!

    A little neck training using 11.25kg.

    ~5 mile run. Easy pace.

    Garage
    Didn't feel quite ready to press 51kg, so went for a bit of volume.
    Press (50kg): 5x5
    Felt pretty pleased with myself.
    A little neck work @ 12.5kg.

    Gym
    Bench (67.5kg): 5x5
    Deadlift (130kg): 5
    Squat (105kg): 5
    Squat rack was busy, so didn't get as much done as I'd have liked.

    Bit annoyed as I didn't do my hill intervals yesterday. Due to a misunderstanding about shirts ... don't ask.

    Press (50kg): 5x5
    Still putting off trying 51kg. Maybe on Friday.

    Some side bends & neck training also.

    Squat (105kg): 3 sets of 5
    Deadlift (120kg): 5

    Would have liked to do more squats, but a guy was waiting and I let him have the rack.
