Did some Yoga. Just feel I need something to maintain a bit of flexibility & aid recovery.
Then we (me & my lady) went for a walk in the Peak District.
Sunday was a rest day (booking a holiday - took ALL day).
Mon
Press (47.5kg): 5x5
Swallowed my pride & deloaded.
Neck training (20kg): 5 sets of 10
Gym
Bench (72.5kg): 4 sets of 5
Squat (100kg): 4 sets of 5
Pull-ups (7.5kg): 7, 7, 6
Deadlift: (100kg): 2 sets of 5
Prob would rather have done fewer sets on bench & squat and got the deadlift higher. But, I was pleased with this.

Yoga - lunch-time run - boxing class.
Wed.
Yoga
Going to try to get to an extra boxing class here and there over the summer.
Plenty of time to become the Colossus of Rhodes by then, then!
Fri.
Press (47.5kg): 5x5.
Squat (58.5kg): 2 sets of 20.
Deadlift - I did some warm-up sets, but stopped at 80kg. Hamstrings felt a bit sore.
Very light weekend.
Sat.
Bag session.

5 mile run.
Had a sore throat & just felt a bit off. Hopefully back to business as usual tomorrow.
