    Pleased with this.

    Plus some neck training.

    Gym
    Bench (70kg): 5
    Then someone nicked the bench.

    Pull-ups (7.5kg): 8, 8, 7
    Squat (105kg): 5, 5, 6.
    Deadlift (120kg): 5, 5.
    I wanted to go heavier on deadlifts, but I somehow lost my motivation ...

    Press (51kg): 3 sets of 6.
    Bench (70kg): 5x5.
    Clean (50kg): 3 sets of 5.

    Squat rack /deadlift area busy, so didn't do much.
