Boxing class last night. More skills stuff in the ring with the trainer. Good session.

Smith machine squat (I know, but the rack was busy) 5x5 (not very familiar with machine, may only have been 80kg).
Bench Press 75kg: 5. Then 4 sets of 5 at 70kg.
Some dips & pull ups.
It was one of those days when I couldn't get on the equipment.

Still feeling a bit poorly (sore throat). This has been going on for far too long. Went to doctors on Friday and am getting referred with my goitre (breathing during interval sessions has been tricky recently).
