    Hip Thrust 135x10x2s (w 2-3 sec hold)
    RDL 80x10x2s (quickie, my ride was waiting). Supposed to do pullthroughs - not feeling a thing in my glutes/hips though.
    Seems to be working ok in the new gym; everyone still stronger than me. Hopeful staying open; if Biden has the covid magic bullet, can he let us know what it is now?

    They say they have the vaccine and it works 90%. Sure better stats than the flu shot. But it needs to be shipped at -94°f . I guess it will be some time before we can expect to get it.

    from what I read bidens plan is a lockdown (paid for by govt-so, me and you), stringent masking (already doing for 9 mo) and tracing (already doing people refuse). my other brother in nj has it now (he is fine, aches no taste or smell). Who will get a “trump” vaccine after Harris said it’s no good if trump was involved she’s not taking it???

    Still getting used to new gym. Probably need to up carbs and cut back on creeping-up fats (cooking for others).

    Startover Block1, W1, D1 Consistency; everything felt easy and maybe undershot all today, its ok, it'll probably come back.
    Comp LBBS 155x1 @8, 150x3 @9, 142x3x2s (still need to work on knee slide, and staying tight into and out of the bottom position - tips, anyone??)
