    RDL80x6, 100x6, 110x6 (couldn't get to a bar other than fixed bc people were using, and doing walking lunges
    Lat Pulldowns 80x12, 70x12
    The other girls Iíve seen are doing many sets of 8-10 superset w other exercises (squat FI, sandwiched w lunges). Wow! Probably kill me.
