    The other girls Ive seen are doing many sets of 8-10 superset w other exercises (squat FI, sandwiched w lunges). Wow! Probably kill me.

    B1, W2, D1 Skipped a week; Homeless at the moment, trained at a gym franchise in Sebastian, FL.
    BW approx 170: new equip, new marks, feels like people are watching me (they're not), need to eat and to have life settle down...so stayed light and was happy to get this in.

    B1,W3,D2 Feeling meh, like a cold coming on, headache; my granddaughter is home sick.
    One "like your hair and lifting", one "are you from NJ?? so are all of us", one "try as hard as you can to not drop the bar" (I didn't - just the normal controlled eccentric on DLs), and one yay me for finally learning when to guess another woman's age (never never NEVER!!)

    B1,W3,D3 Last night we watched one of the most amazing things I've seen: ULA's Delta IV Heavy Rocket launch; you could see the brightening on the horizon at liftoff, the rocket slowly go up, so clear and the rocket was so bright; the trajectory was not straight up but up and toward us (we are a little south), down our street, and then it slowly veered eastward and it looked something came off of the back of it and then it went faster til it disappeared; we even heard the boom - must have been a minute or two for the sound to travel. Just, wow! (neighbors warned us this was an uncharacteristically perfect watch - my first).

    Watching that launch must have made the move to FLA worth all the hassle!
